BOB CLIPPINGER The Jim Brown Company recently upgraded Mr. Bob Clippinger 's heating and airconditioning system that was 20 years old to today 's standards. Some of Mr . Clippinger 's comments are as follows : when asked how he found out about the Jim Brown Company , he said that he had a prior association with JN Brown. Mr. Clippinger said that Kevin , our salesman, was very helpful and informative which helped make his buying decision easier . Mr. Clippinger chose a 3 Ton Lennox heat pump . Regarding the installation team , Mr. Clippinger said that they were doing a wonderful job. Mr. Clippinger said that whenever he looked in on them they were busy at working on completing his project ; from replacing the old ductwork to actually installing the heat pump. Mr. Clippinger said the he is very happy with how he was looked after by our team and of course with the new system .
