CECIL & CATHY HERZING


The Jim Brown Company recently changed out Cecil and Cathy Herzing's comfort system . The Herzings chose a Trane package unit .The Herzings are a member of our planned service family . It was during the fall visit that the service tech discovered that the heat exchanger in their unit was cracked .The cracked heat exchanger would allow carbon monoxide into your home ! Jim Brown Company 's planned service includes a total system inspection and can find problems such as a cracked heat exchanger .


The following is a brief description of Mr. and Mrs. Herzing 's experience with the JBCO team .


When asked how they found out about the JBCO ?


Mr. and Mrs. Herzing said that they have seen many of the Jim Brown Company's vans around town .


When asked why did you select JBCO and the brand of equipment : Mr. Herzing said that it was partially due to the fact that when they purchased their home , planned service was carried over from the previous owner and passed onto the new owner which , of course , was us . They said that JBCO 's response time for replacing the old unit couldn 't have been better ! The Herzing's said that they decided to let the salesman decide which type of unit for them to purchase once they established all pertinent factors such as amount of square footage etc. because he was the professional .


When asked how did the installation team treat you and did they do a professional job on your project ? Mr. and Mrs. Herzing said that the installation team did a great job and they said that Theo was especially knowledgeable about his trade .


When asked if the sales office answered your calls and directed you to the people that you need to speak to quickly and efficiently ? The Herzings said yes , absolutely and that Linda was professional and personable .


When asked if there was any one person or team that stands out in your mind as being outstanding ?


Mr. and Mrs .Herzing said that Clinton and JN stood out as being outstanding .


Since having your new system in place , have you noticed anything that is different in your home ?


Mr. and Mrs. Herzing said that the temperature is consistent throughout their home now ...


Is there anything that you do not like about your new system ?


They said no , that it was too soon to tell and they also said they don't foresee any problems .


Mr. and Mrs. Herzing stressed that planned service helped them detect a problem that could have been very hazardous !
