system with a Lennox high efficiency gas furnace and a XC -21 airconditioning unit wth 21 SEER .

When asked how the Harris 's found out about the Jim Brown Company they said through the phone book ... the yellow pages .

Why did you select our company and the brand of equipment that you installed ? The Harris 's had prior experience with Lennox and liked the way it performed and that JBCO is a Lennox dealer .

When asked about the sales presentation the Harris's said that Kevin , our salesman, was very informative and prompt and answered all of our questions .

How did the installation team treat you and did they do a professional job on your project ? The Harris's remarked that the team was '' polite '' and that they did a good job . They answered any questions that we had.

Is there any one person or team that stands out in your mind as being outstanding ?

Mr. Harris said that he really liked the fact that the day of installation , he really appreciated the fact that Kevin came out with the installation team and introduced the team to him !

When asked if they noticed anything different since the new comfort system was installed the Harris 's commented that it was quieter .
