FRANK & MARY LOU ZORTMAN

The Jim Brown Company recently changed out Frank and Mary Lou Zortman's comfort system . Their existing system was 16 years old . With Kevin 's assistance they chose to have a Trane gas package unit to keep them comfortable . The Zortmans are now a member of the Jim Brown Company 's planned service . The following is a brief encounter of Frank and Mary Lou 's experience with the Jim Brown Company .

When asked how they found out about JBCO , they said that it was through one of their neighbors .

When asked why they selected JBCO and the brand of equipment they had installed , Frank and Mary Lou said that they were in search of a company that offered a service plan to maintain their comfort system and that they were confident that Trane was a highly rated brand of equipment ,as a matter of fact one of best in the industry , as they did some research about it . Also Kevin 's knowledge helped make their buying decision easier .

The Zortman 's said that the installation team did a good job , that they were very courteous and neat and tidy with their project .

When asked if there was any one person or team that stood out in their minds as being outstanding , Mary Lou and Frank said that they were all outstanding !

When asked if there was anything different since they had their new system installed Mary Lou and Frank said that it was alot quieter ; whisper quiet !

When asked if there was anything they didn't like about their new system they said so far so good and that they were very comfortable .
