MARK AND DEB ZWICKER

Mark and Deb Zwicker recently had the Jim Brown Company replace their old heating and cooling system . Their existing comfort system was over 20 years old and Mark felt that it was time to replace it . The Zwickers have 2 systems that heat and cool their home , one is located in the upstairs of their home , the other is located in the crawl space . For the upstairs they chose a 13 SEER 2 ton Lennox 13 ACX-024 airconditioner with a G4OUH -26 A gas furnace . For the heating and cooling of the lower level of their home , they chose a 19 SEER 3 ton Lennox XC-21 -036 two speed AC unit with a G6IMPV -3613-071 90 + furnace and AC split system.

The following is a brief dialogue of the Zwicker's experience with the Jim Brown Company team .

When asked why they chose our company and the brand of equipment , the Zwickers said that the Jim Brown Company had a good reputation and that they chose Lennox because it is a good product .

How did the installation team treat you and did they do professional job ?

They were very nice and they did a professional job .

When asked if they found the sales presentation to be adequate and if their questions were answered promptly and efficiently ? The Zwickers said that Kevin did a great job which made their buying decision easier .

When asked if the office answered their calls or directed them to the people that they needed to speak to ; the Zwickers said that the office did just that .

When asked if there was any one person or team that stood out in their minds during your experience with the JBCO , as being outstanding ? The Zwickers said that Kevin was very nice and also that one member of the installation team (Adam) was particularly helpful with the thermostat .

Since you have had your system in place , what have you noticed that is different ?

The Zwickers said that their new systems were alot quieter and that they noticed more air coming out of the vents .

Is there anything that you don 't like about your new systems ?

They said no , so far everything is fine ...

In the future , if we have a customer that would like to talk to you about your experience with the Jim Brown Company would you be willing to share your experience with them ?

The Zwickers said that it would be no problem to do that.
