The Jim Brown Company recently upgraded Mr. Willson 's heating and cooling system which was 20 years old . Mr .Willson is a war hero and has been issued 2 purple hearts during his military career . The following dialogue is a brief description of Mr. Willson 's experience with the Jim Brown Company.

When asked how Mr. Willson found out about our company he said that it was from word of mouth. Mr. Willson said he stayed with our company through trial and error as we answered and returned his calls when the other companies did not .

When Mr. Willson called the Jim Brown Company regarding replacing his existing heating and cooling system and our man Kevin was right there for him . He said that Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful which made his decision to buy much easier. Mr. Willson chose a 2 1/2 ton Trane package unit .Through all of his experience with Kevin , he said that he feels he 's made a new friend .

He said that the installation team was prompt and very efficient . When asked if there was any one individual or team that stood out during his experience with Jim Brown Company Mr. Willson said that Bob Owens did . Bob is our senior technician .

When asked how he liked his new unit , Mr. Willson said that he loved it ! He also remarked that it was very quiet .
