PLANNED SERVICES The Jim Brown Company offers two different levels of Planned Service. They are the Blue plan and the Brown plan . Please click onto anyone of the subpages on the right side of this page and find the plan that suits your needs . *** Please note that heat exchangers, compressors , cabinet parts , filters and thermostats are not covered by any of these plans. However, we will give you a 20% discount on these parts and labor no matter which plan you have . Why is Planned Service so important * Planned service customers are part of our family. In times of extreme temperatures we often experience more requests for service than we have service people . In those times we must prioritize. Planned service customers and recent equipment purchasers receive top scheduling priority , closely followed by less recent equipment purchases without an agreement , then those that do not have our equipment or an agreement . We are interested in everyone, however in times of stress we have to prioritize our calls. *We know the model and serial number of the equipment that our planned service customers own. When they experience an emergency service request we have a much greater chance of ordering and receiving the proper part the first time bringing comfort sooner to our planned service clients . *Planned service is seen by the Jim Brown Company as providing a ''physical examination '' to the equipment . Just like your doctor we will take the vital signs , compare the results against the standard , and if there is a problem recommend a ''prescription ' to bring the condition back to normal. *We are in the air conditioning business, with conditioned air in the summer and winter . It is not surprising that the most important factor in your comfort is the air flow the system is providing to the conditioned space. We promise that we will state the quantity of air that we find on each planned service visit and give that value to you in writing so the system can be easily and quickly compared versus the standard volume. *We have two seasonal check ups. One in the heating season that generally starts in September and one in the cooling season that generally starts in March. This will put a technician on your site twice a year .This helps prevent conditions like burned wiring and other wear and tear items from turning into emergency visits , in most cases. * Manufacturers have recently started stipulating on their written warranty that they have the right to turn down warranty claim if the equipment owner does not have a preventative manintenance agreement in force and can produce evidence of such .This is true for Lennox and Trane . You can check their website and research for residential equipment , then look for warranty. You will need a specific model number of the equipment to complete the search. It is found in the owner's manual under the sub heading of CARE OF EQUIPMENT. Heating and Airconditioning - Heat Pumps - Duct Cleaning Services Arkansas |
