THE JOHOSKES

The Johoskes recently had their comfort systems changed out . George felt that the systems were getting old and that it was time to change them out .The Johoskes are also a member of our planned service family .

The following is a brief description of the Johoske 's experience with the Jim Brown Company .

When asked how he knew about JBCO , George said that he had dealt with JBCO in the past at the plant . (Eaton)

When asked why he selected the JBCO , George said that he had gotten 3 other quotes and they were pretty similiar ; so he decided to stay with JBCO because that was what he was familiar with .

George said that Kevin did a good job with the sales presentation and that he answered his questions promptly and efficiently .

When asked how did the installation team treat you and did they do a professional job on your project , George said that the team (Adam &Theo) worked very well together .

When asked since you have the new system in place what have you noticed that is different that you like about it ; George commented that it was too soon to tell . ( When the installation team did the test run everything seemed fine .)

When asked if there was anything that he did not like about the new system , George commented that it was too soon to tell ,however , so far everything looks to be in its place !
