When the customer agrees to have the test performed , the actual test will be paid for by Entergy . Cost of the test is $0.00 . 2. When the test in has been performed and the system results are in ,we will present the information gathered to the customer . At this time one of two things will happen . The customer will receive the information and agree to do the remediation to bring the system up to standard . The second option is to opt to do nothing . 3. If the customer opts to perform the remediation items recommended by the testing technician the value of the work will be as follows . Entergy will offer up to three $25.00 coupons for the specific repairs to be done . They have found that dirty blower assemblies, dirty indoor coils and dirty outdoor coils are the three major causes of poor performance . Entergy will allow a $25.00 coupon to be applied to each of these three items . If one item is selected , then the coupon amount wll be $25.00 , if two items are selected then the coupon amount will be $50.00 , and if all three are selected then $75.00 coupon amount is available . The Jim Brown Company will match the Entergy coupon amount for any repair that takes place during the wellness /tuneup visit . The only exclusion will be the refrigerant . 4. How we price our remediation items found during the the test in . We have a standard price book that has already priced all of the items that will be required. The technician will find the needed repair and the appropriate price . If the customer has planned service with our company they will receive the planned sevice discount first , then apply the Jim Brown Company and Entergy coupons . 5. Example of how this will work: The technician finds that all 3 Entergy items need to be addressed to achieve maximum performance but the customer does not wish to have them done .We will clean the condenser , test out , and have the customer sign that we have performed this work and be done . 6. Example of how this will work if remediation is selected to be done : A. The tech will determine what work needs to be done and finds the appropriate price in the pricebook. This example is to clean the blower wheel in place -- repair GEN 152043 remove and clean blower assembly level 1 that has a cost of $88.00 for the primary repair . The Entergy coupon plus the Jim Brown coupon equals $50.00 , so this repair will cost the customer only $38.00. B . The technician will determine how many repairs are to be done and priced by the first repair to be the primary repair and all others to be secondary repairs . The coupons will be applied and the balance will be paid by the customer . Planned service customers will be priced as shown in the book , and the coupon amount wil lbe applied to this cost and the balance will be paid by the customer . The only exception to this is adding the refrigerant , that is a net cost repair , the labor is no charge , but the cost of the refrigerant will be charged to the customer . C. If repairs are required that are not the 3 most frequent problems that have a coupon available from Entergy , the Jim Brown Company will still offer a coupon to be applied against the repair excluding the refrigerant .
