We bought a house about a year ago. The house was built about 3-4 years ago and the unit was not purchased through Jim Brown Company. Our master bedroom was so much cooler/hotter than any other room in our house. We called Jim Brown company and they suggested a blower test before they did anything. They came out and found that 3 of our ducts underneath was blowing in the crawlspace area. We were losing so much CFM. When they fixed those problems and ran the blower test it was night and day difference of what the test showed that time. Our electric bill dropped and our master bedroom was back to the right temperature. We would like to thank the staff at Jim Brown Company for excellent service.

Arkansas is so lucky to have Jim Brown.

I just recently attended Jim Browns class at Comfortech 2010 in Baltimore and while I don’t have as many years experience as Jim does. It is clear to me he runs a top notch company and is part of the one percent of HVAC contractors across this country that really knows how to do the work correctly. You might wonder how I know that only 1%25 of the firms out there have taken the time that Jim has to learn to do the job right. Well I do have 30 years in the trade and I teach like Jim on a national level and I have worked with hundreds of companies and thousands of technicians over the years. Arkansas should feel honored to have Jim Brown. I am honored to have meet him and learned from him.

What a great company! This is our 2nd home that Jim Brown Co. has serviced. Before purchasing the 5yr old house we had JB Co. come out and inspect the unit. This is something that everyone should do before purchasing a home. They informed us that the duct work needed to be clean and the unit needed to be serviced. After closing on the house JB Co. showed up to do the cleaning. Kerry Robbins spent the whole day at my house. He found so much dirt and even a nest in the ducts. I am forever grateful to the JB Co. They take pride in their customers and are always looking out for us. I have children and couldn’t imagine allowing them the breath the dirt that Kerry cleaned out.

On February 22, 2010 we had the ducts of our 9 vent HVAC system cleaned by your service technician, Kerry Robbins. I wanted you to know about the excellent, thorough and courteous service provided by Kerry during the 4%2B hours in my home. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the system and his conscientious effort in thoroughly cleaning the ducts. To relieve any doubts I had about the process, he even video-taped a portion of the process so that I could view the before and after results inside the 20 year old ducts (which had clearly never been cleaned).

I had serious doubts before starting because I have been though this duct cleaning process 10 years ago in a previous home that we owned in San Diego. After that cleaning, I felt we had wasted our money. Our old home had 8 vents and the two technicians were in and out within an hour and used ineffective procedures that really did not do much to actually remove all the dust and debris collected in the 15 year old system. The cleaning process performed by Kerry Robbins was far superior and I feel as though this was actually money very well spent.

I was a customer of one of your competitors in my area, my neighbor talked me in to trying you guys. If all visits go as good as the first I will never leave you! Thanks to you people I think my system will live longer. You man was very informative.
